Job summary

Lake Champlain Chocolates is seeking a Seasonal Chocolate Maker & Packaging Specialist for our Williston, Vermont factory. You will work on production to decorate and fill molds, and on packaging to hand-pack specialties, wrap bars, label products, and assemble gift boxes with high attention to quality.

The role runs from early September through mid-January, with overtime possible during peak season. Starting pay is $18.50/hour, and the team emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and teamwork in a

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Decorate novelty molds and fill with chocolate using cups and hand tools.
• Package chocolates by hand, assemble gift boxes, label products and wrap bars.
• Follow GMP, safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Maintain accurate labeling and complete job sheets on time.
• Assist other teams and departments as needed and communicate issues promptly.
