PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Operates a single, tandem, or multi-axle truck for delivery and/or pickup of agronomy and energy products, following scheduled routes to support profitable growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Operate all assigned vehicles, including trucks and forklifts, following safety standards and proper operation techniques.
2. Perform daily safety checks and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring cleanliness and operational readiness.
3. Load and unload materials safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and compliance with DOT regulations.
4. Ensure timely deliveries and pickups, providing excellent customer service.
5. Complete all documentation accurately, including bills of lading, delivery slips, and invoices.
6. Maintain accurate logs and records of cargo and operations daily.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Maintain company equipment and adhere to safety and professional standards.
2. Follow company policies, Code of Conduct, and safety procedures.
3. Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

1. High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of related experience preferred.
2. Ability to operate tractor-trailers safely and meet DOT standards.
3. Must hold or be able to obtain a CDL with required endorsements and a valid medical card.
4. Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
5. Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and permits.
6. Physical ability to lift 51-70 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
7. Participation in training on company policies and safety procedures.
