PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Operates a truck (single, tandem, or multi-axle) for delivery and/or pick-up of agronomy and energy products, following specified schedules to achieve profitable growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Operates all assigned vehicles and equipment safely and in accordance with standards.
• Performs daily safety checks and maintains the vehicle's appearance and functionality.
• Loads and unloads materials safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Ensures timely deliveries and pickups, promoting excellent customer service.
• Completes all required documentation accurately and promptly.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

• Maintains equipment and adheres to company policies and safety standards.
• Follows all applicable codes of conduct, safety, and environmental policies.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to operate tractor-trailers safely and meet DOT standards.
• Must obtain and maintain CDL with required endorsements and a valid medical card.
• Ability to work extended hours and in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift 51-70 lbs and work at heights if necessary.
