Qualifications

• Prior commercial driving experience and knowledge of DOT & OSHA safety regulations are a plus.
• HAZMAT endorsement is an asset.
• Experience with other trucks (e.g., Moffett) is helpful.

As our Local CDL Driver, your main responsibility is to safely deliver products to customers' businesses or job sites within a maximum radius of your home branch. Deliveries start and end at the branch, with no overnight stays, and there are overtime opportunities during busy seasons!

Essential Duties:

• Prioritize safety above all else
• Comply with all DOT regulations while operating a commercial vehicle
• Load, unload, and stage orders in warehouse or job site environments
• Deliver to customer sites and branch locations, unloading products as needed
• Understand and adhere to FMCSA regulations
• Perform related duties such as stocking, order entry, shipping, receiving, etc.
• Maintain delivery, truck, and driving records with signed receipts, tracking info, logs, and performance forms

Requirements:

• Valid CDL License
• Safe driving record with no recent hit & runs or DWI/DUI convictions
• Prior commercial driving experience and knowledge of DOT & OSHA safety regulations are a plus
• HAZMAT endorsement is an asset
• Basic computer skills
• Forklift experience is helpful
• Experience with other trucks (e.g., Moffett)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and DOT physical
