Job Description: Truck Driver

We are seeking a professional Truck Driver to operate company-owned and leased gasoline or diesel-powered semi-tractor trailers. The role involves transporting and delivering products, materials, or equipment, either in loose or packaged form. The key responsibilities include:

1. Performing inspections of the truck, trailer, and equipment, including tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water.
2. Driving the truck into position for loading or unloading.
3. Verifying loads against shipping documents.
4. Driving the truck to designated destinations.
5. Providing excellent customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
6. Preparing receipts for loaded goods.
7. Collecting payments for delivered goods and delivery charges as instructed.
8. Maintaining accurate truck logs in accordance with state and federal regulations.
9. Maintaining communication with supervisors via telephone or radio for delivery instructions.

Additional duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
