Job summary

Subway is seeking a Seasonal Catering Support Administrator to handle inbound calls for holiday catering orders with TJX brands, entering orders in the system and recommending the right catering options to customers.

This is a temporary contract from November 10, 2026 through January 8, 2027. Candidates must be available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with 4 days onsite in Shelton, CT, and flexibility to work 9:30 AM–6:00 PM as business needs require.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in customer service or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Customer service with empathy.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Problem-solving and time management in high-volume season.
• Sales-minded; able to make recommendations.
• Navigate multiple systems (phone lines, portal, email).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and take catering orders; enter accurately.
• Learn catering program and grow orders with recommendations.
• Use phone lines, portal, email and internal resources to provide accurate information.
• Resolve issues quickly with empathy and clear solutions.
• Document orders and update customer records.
• Support other catering and non-traditional projects during downtime.
