Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in West Allis, WI is seeking a seasonal cashier to deliver friendly service during evening shifts (5pm–10pm/11:15pm when extended hours apply), averaging 15–25 hours per week. You will handle sales, returns, and help maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, are reliable, and can adapt to changes. Retail experience is preferred; benefits include associate discounts and a comprehensive program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Ring up purchases and returns accurately and count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Participate in store recovery and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Support loss prevention and safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
