Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a seasonal merchandise processing associate for a 5pm–10pm shift, 15–25 hours per week.

The role involves processing and stocking merchandise while delivering a strong customer experience in a fast-paced environment at Marshalls store 0738 in West Allis, WI. You will be trained across store areas, help drive sales through friendly service, and support loss prevention and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Process and ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures and standards.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support safety, labor laws, and shrink reduction programs.
