Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking seasonal cashiers to join our West Allis store team. This role offers 15-25 hours per week across Sun-Sat with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining store standards and processes.

You may be cross-trained to support multiple areas as needed. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers and colleagues.
• Supports a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor per company standards.
• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Supports safety programs and loss prevention measures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
