Marshalls—USA Birmingham store is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver a highly satisfying shopping experience. You will engage with customers, process purchases, and uphold store standards while supporting merchandise presentation and loss prevention guidelines.

The role emphasizes excellent service, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail experience is preferred; training will be provided to help you grow with TJX

Responsibilities

• Promote credit and loyalty programs and maintain merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and loss prevention standards.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
