Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring a store associate to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience, engage with shoppers, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor. You will support daily operations, process purchases, and promote credit and loyalty programs while upholding loss prevention standards.

You should have excellent customer service, flexible availability, strong communication, and the ability to multitask. Retail experience is preferred.
