• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.

The Seasonal Associate includes roles such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, and CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. All employees support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service through greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting with merchandise.

Specific responsibilities vary by role, for example: assembling merchandise (Assembler), stocking (Receiver/Stocker), loading merchandise (CSA Loader), assisting shoppers (CSA Sales Floor), processing sales and returns (CSA Front End). Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or store support.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal schedule typically 10-40 hours; additional hours possible based on store needs.
• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week; Receiver/Stocker role requires late evening, night, and early morning shifts.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, or over 10 pounds for CSA Front End).

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, perform basic arithmetic (for Assembler & Receiver/Stocker).
• 6 months of computer and handheld device experience (for CSAs).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift/power equipment (3 months for Assembler & Receiver/Stocker).
• 6 months retail experience (for CSAs), including customer service, product knowledge, and problem resolution.

If required by local laws, licensing or exams must be completed within 60 days of employment.
