1. Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.

The Seasonal Associate includes positions such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. All roles support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in locating, selecting, demonstrating, preparing, or loading merchandise. Specific responsibilities vary by role, including assembling merchandise, stocking, loading, assisting with shopping, and processing sales and returns. Seasonal Associates may be considered for any of these roles based on hiring needs.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, occasional travel for meetings, training, or support to neighboring stores may be needed.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: Generally scheduled 10 to 40 hours; more hours may be required based on store needs.
• Availability: Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week; Receiver/Stocker may require late evening, night, and early morning shifts.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds (over 25 with assistance) for most roles, and 10 pounds (over 10 with assistance) for CSA Front End.

Minimum Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• CSAs (Loader, Front-End, Sales Floor): 6 months experience with computers and handheld devices to input and access information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: 3 months experience operating forklift or similar equipment.
• CSAs: 6 months retail experience in customer service, sales, or related tasks.
