Role Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively approach customers to support their shopping experience
• Engage with customers passionately, demonstrating knowledge and dedication to their sport or activity
• Maintain merchandise presentation standards and promote company programs (warranty sales, loyalty, seasonal promotions)
• Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Preferred prior retail sales, cashier, or customer service experience
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift 15-35 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours)
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours)
