Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail settings, independent and with strong organization and time-management skills. You will restock Hallmark products, optimize placements, and maintain inventory across assigned stores using a handheld device.

The role requires flexibility for seasonal resets and holiday support, including occasional weekend work. The position offers paid training and access to voluntary benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device to access documents and information.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Access to transportation to travel to and between assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: work additional days/hours during major holidays, including weekends when required.
• Department resets: install fixtures, relocate card sections, and remodels with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers to support in other territories.
