Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time merchandiser to service in-store departments across grocery, drug, and department stores. You’ll restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark displays using a handheld device, ensuring timely assortment and appealing presentation while coordinating with store staff.

The role requires up to 5 hours per week, flexibility for holiday periods, and occasional evenings or weekends for resets or installations. You must be 18+, fluent in English, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open/read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product displays using a handheld device, communicating with supervisor and reporting time.
• Holiday support: extended hours around major holidays and potential weekend work.
• Department Resets: participate in installations and fixture resets with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support other team members in their territories.
