Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, independently managing product placement, inventory, and displays. You will collaborate with store teams to optimize shelves and support seasonal changes, with opportunities to expand to other Hallmark products in serviced locations.

The role includes a training program, optional benefits for part-time staff, and a schedule averaging 9–12 hours per week. Availability around holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to access information.
• Have access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Support seasonal resets, installations, and inventory in partner stores.
• Provide courteous interaction with store staff, management, and customers.
