Barnes & Noble College is seeking Seasonal Campus Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming, organized store environment. You will greet students, help locate course materials and merchandise, operate the POS system, and support daily inventory and replenishment tasks.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, with customer service experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in locating course materials, apparel, gifts, and other merchandise.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Support inventory, receiving, and order fulfillment.
