Job summary

Barnes & Noble College is seeking a Seasonal Campus Store Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, stock shelves, and support daily campus store operations. You will greet customers, help locate materials, process transactions at the POS, and maintain an organized, welcoming sales floor that reflects the Barnes & Noble College brand.

You'll work with store leaders and teammates in a fast-paced retail environment, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends during peak

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, answering questions, and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in locating materials and merchandise that meet their needs.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to accurately process transactions, including cash, credit, and financial aid purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor through merchandising, replenishment, recovery, and housekeeping.
• Support daily store operations by assisting with inventory, receiving merchandise, and order fulfillment.
