Under Canvas in Acadia, ME is seeking a Camp Concierge for a seasonal, hourly on-site role. You will welcome guests, check them in, and guide them to amenities and activities, delivering a warm, outdoor-focused guest experience.

As the first on-site contact, you’ll communicate clearly, adapt to guest needs, and help families, groups and individuals enjoy nature and adventure with outstanding service. This position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits; lifting 45 lbs and working in varied

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in and/or ability to use POS and reservations systems.
• Customer focus and friendly demeanor.
• Solutions-oriented with attention to detail.
• Teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain composure and be resourceful in unpredictable situations.
• Welcome and check in guests at the reception desk and guide them to amenities.
• Provide clear, accurate, timely communication.
• Share knowledge about local culture, activities, and adventures.
• Problem-solve independently or with the team and supervisor.
• Ensure guests have everything they need for a great stay.
• Greet guests, assist with transportation to tents, and tour the camp.
• Collaborate professionally with guests and coworkers.
• Support fellow staff to maintain high standards.
