Job summary

Under Canvas is seeking a Camp Concierge for the Yellowstone area. This seasonal, hourly role places you at the front line with guests from check-in to check-out, ensuring they have everything needed for an outdoor experience.

You will greet guests, share local culture and activities, and coordinate with staff to deliver outstanding service in all weather conditions. A High School Diploma or GED and experience with POS/reservations are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain composure, take action, and be solutions-minded in unpredictable situations on property.
• Welcome and check in guests at reception and assist with check-out.
• Provide clear, accurate, complete, and timely communication.
• Learn and share knowledge of local culture, activities, and adventure options.
• Demonstrate ability to problem solve independently or with your team or supervisor.
• Eagerly seek opportunities to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Create a warm welcome for guests and guests' visitors with a love of the outdoors.
• Greet and check in guests at the reception desk and assist with transportation to tents and tours of the camp.
• Listen to guests and respond to their needs for the duration of their stay.
• Collaborate professionally with guests and co-workers; value teamwork and help others.
