Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company seeks part-time Seasonal Event Attendants for Hersheypark's Boardwalk and Sweet Lights events. You will assist guests with VIP Cabana experiences, check them into cabanas, and help with admissions and add-on purchases.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, friendly, and comfortable with cashless transactions and digital ticketing software. This is a physically active, outdoor role with flexible hours across peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate verbally and clearly.
• Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, upbeat demeanor and ability to interact with guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines and maintain professional image.
• Able to safeguard confidential information and complete safety trainings.
• Comfortable with digital ticketing software and cashless transactions.

Responsibilities

• Check guests into Cabanas and conduct area tours as needed.
• Sell and track Cabana rentals and inventory items.
• Sell admissions and concessions at event booths; scan pre-purchased admissions at Sweet Lights.
• Prepare and track inventory; assist guests with inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and monitor cabana and queue areas for safety and flow.
