Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Seasonal Food Service Assistant (Busser) for The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center in Roanoke, VA. You will support servers, reset tables, keep service stations stocked, deliver water, and ensure a smooth dining flow in a fast-paced, upscale casual setting.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, with a positive attitude and strong teamwork. Availability AM/PM, weekends, and holidays is required; prior restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Support servers by cleaning, resetting, and preparing tables quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain stocked and organized service stations throughout the shift.
• Assist with delivering water, and other service items as needed.
• Clear tables and help keep the dining room clean and guest-ready.
• Support the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Learn the details of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
