The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking Seasonal Food Service Assistants (Busser) to support servers, reset tables, and keep the dining room guest-ready during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout an active shift.
• AM, PM, weekend, and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Support servers by cleaning, resetting, and preparing tables quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain stocked and organized service stations throughout the shift.
• Assist with delivering water, and other service items as needed.
• Clear tables and help keep the dining room clean and guest-ready.
• Support the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Learn the details of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
