Job summary

The Peninsula Golf and Country Club in Millsboro, Delaware is seeking a part-time Busser for a seasonal position lasting up to 6 months. Join Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality, and contribute to a fast-paced dining environment.

You will prepare dining stations, assist servers, and maintain clean, stocked work areas while following Troon standards. Previous experience is a plus; reliability and a neat appearance are required.

Qualifications

• One month related experience or training.
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness and neatness.
• Regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assures that all material used by server is clean and ready for daily operation.
• Sets the outside line with under liner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins and any other items needed for the delivering of food.
• Organizes the plates in the window and matches each one with each ticket to run the food out to the tables.
• Sets tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards.
• Keeps work stations well stocked of items and ingredients.
• Assists the server when needed.
