Cheyenne Mountain Resort, Destination by Hyatt is seeking individuals with unmatched service for our breakfast buffet team. This seasonal, on-call role focuses on maintaining the buffet, greeting guests, and ensuring food safety and quality.

Applicants should be able to work weekends/holidays, lift moderate weight, and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must have open availability through the week, including weekends and holidays.
• Candidate must be 18+ years of age.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, replenish, and maintain the breakfast buffet with fresh, appealing food and beverages.
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate reasonable requests.
• Monitor food temperatures and presentation to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Keep the buffet area, dining space, and service stations clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assist with brewing coffee, preparing simple hot and cold items, and restocking condiments.
• Clear tables promptly and reset them for incoming guests.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate with the kitchen and management regarding supply needs or guest feedback.
