Qualifications

• Retail experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Understand sales objectives and meet or exceed KPI targets.
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans with the team.
• Connect customers using Polo Connect program.
• Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Educate customers on programs, initiatives, resources and offerings.
• Assist sizing in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
• Maintain store visuals, policies and processes; handle opening/closing tasks.
• Support floor sets and replenishment activities.
• Participate in company trainings on compliance, product, talent development.
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the RL customer experience and provide feedback to management.
• Foster a cohesive, inclusive team environment.
