Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors for our Torrance store to bring the brand to life through real connections, personal style, and a passion for pop culture. This role focuses on delivering authentic experiences that feel fun, fashionable, and uniquely UO.

You’ll engage customers with conversations, style displays, and seamless shopping across in-store and online channels, while staying curious, flexible, and collaborative with the team.

Qualifications

• A genuine love for Urban Outfitters.

• Comfort in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Flexibility with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life by representing the UO vibe and staying up to date with product drops and trends.
• Create energy on the sales floor with authentic conversations and enthusiasm for products.
• Make shopping seamless by keeping the store organized, restocked, and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers who shop in-store, online, or anywhere in between.
• Stay curious and flexible, jumping in where needed and learning as you go.
• Work as a team and share ideas to keep the store positive.
