Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Los Angeles is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to bring the UO experience to life through personal style and genuine connections with customers. You’ll help shoppers explore drops and trends while staying in-tune with what’s happening in-store and online.

You’ll engage customers with authentic conversations, assist with restocking and styling displays, and use in-store tech to support shopping across channels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life by showing up as your authentic self and staying informed on product drops, trends, and in-store happenings.
• Create the energy on the salesfloor through authentic conversations and enthusiasm for products.
• Make shopping seamless by restocking, styling displays, and keeping the space inviting and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers’ in-store, online, or hybrid shopping needs.
• Stay curious and flexible, willing to jump in where needed and learn as you go.
• Work as a team, sharing ideas and maintaining a positive store atmosphere.
