Urban Outfitters in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Seasonal Brand Ambassador to bring the UO experience to life on the sales floor. You’ll engage customers, share outfits, and stay current with drops and trends while delivering authentic, positive energy.

You'll help keep the space organized, assist customers across in-store and online channels, and collaborate with the team to create memorable shopping experiences. Prior retail or customer service helps, but enthusiasm and flexibility are key.

• Make Shopping Seamless: Help maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand
• Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between
• Stay Curious + Flexible: Be open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun
• Work as a Team: Support your team, share ideas, and bring good energy—we show up for each other and make the store a positive place to be
