Urban Outfitters is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors for the Carlsbad store. You’ll bring the brand to life through personal style and authentic conversations, delivering a memorable in-store experience.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, showcasing products, restocking, and maintaining an inspiring, easy-to-shop space using in-store tech. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and positive energy.

• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you’re excited about.
• Make Shopping Seamless: help maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers how they want to shop—whether in-store, online, or somewhere in between.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: be open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun.
• Work as a Team: support your team, share ideas, and bring good energy—we show up for each other and make the store a positive place to be.
