Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Orland Park is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to bring the brand to life through authentic connections, personal style, and pop culture. You’ll help customers and create an experience that feels authentic, fun, and uniquely UO.

If you love self-expression, stay tapped into trends, and enjoy connecting with people, this is your space. You’ll engage shoppers, support restocking and displays, and help create a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• A genuine love for Urban Outfitters.
• Confidence expressing personal style and creativity.
• People-first mindset and ability to meet/help others.
• Collaborative attitude and positive energy.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Flexibility with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life with individuality, creativity, and in-store knowledge.
• Engage customers with authentic conversations and highlight exclusive drops.
• Keep customers informed about promotions and product drops to drive engagement.
• Help maintain an inspiring, organized, on-brand shopping environment.
• Assist customers using in-store tech to shop in-store or online.
