Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Brand Ambassador for our Philadelphia store at 1627 Walnut St. You’ll bring the UO vibe to life through personal style and genuine customer connections, delivering an authentic, fun shopping experience.

As a member of the salesfloor team, you’ll engage customers, stay informed about drops and trends, maintain an inspiring space, and help customers shop via in-store tech or online. Flexibility with scheduling completes the role.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Able to express personal style and creativity.
• People-first mindset and collaborative attitude.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Flexible with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with authentic conversations and share enthusiasm for products.
• Stay in the know on product drops, trends, and in-store activities.
• Help maintain an inspiring, organized, on-brand salesfloor.
• Assist customers using in-store tech for shopping in-store or online.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the store positive and energetic.
