You’ll help customers shop in-store, online, or via tech, stay on top of drops, and collaborate with the team to create a welcoming, on-brand experience.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment, building connections with customers and contributing to a lively store atmosphere during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• A genuine love for Urban Outfitters.
• Confidence in expressing your personal style and creativity.
• A people-first mindset; you enjoy meeting and helping others.
• A collaborative attitude and positive energy.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Flexibility with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Bring the Brand to Life by staying in-the-know on product drops, trends, and in-store and online experiences.
• Create energy on the salesfloor with authentic conversations and promotions.
• Make shopping seamless by restocking, styling displays, and keeping the space on-brand.
• Assist customers using in-store tech to shop in-store, online, or hybrid.
• Stay curious and flexible, learning as you go.
