URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to bring the UO experience to life through authentic customer connections, personal style, and enthusiasm for pop culture. You’ll help customers shop across in-store, online, or hybrid channels, contributing to a vibrant, on-brand store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• A genuine love for Urban Outfitters.
• Confidence in expressing your personal style and creativity.

• Comfort in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Flexibility with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Bring the Brand to Life by showing up with your individuality, creativity, and perspective; stay in the know on product drops, trends, and in-store and online happenings.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor by engaging customers with authentic conversations and keeping them informed about exclusive drops and promotions.
• Make Shopping Seamless by maintaining an inspiring, organized, and easy-to-shop space; restocking and styling displays to keep the store fresh and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers across in-store, online, or hybrid shopping experiences.
• Stay Curious + Flexible by trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning daily.
• Work as a Team by supporting your team, sharing ideas, and bringing good energy to create a positive store environment.
