Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Brand Ambassador in Denver to bring the UO experience to life through authentic customer interactions, trend awareness, and personal style. You’ll help customers feel welcome, styled, and informed about drops and promotions on the sales floor and through in-store tech.

You will collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment, embracing flexibility in scheduling, including nights and weekends, to ensure a memorable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• People-friendly, outgoing with a positive attitude.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: show individuality, creativity, and knowledge of product drops and trends.
• Create the energy on the salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations and promos.
• Make shopping seamless: restock, style displays, and maintain an on-brand environment.
• Use in-store tech to support customers across in-store, online, or hybrid shopping.
• Stay curious and flexible: adapt daily tasks and learn new things.
• Work as a team: support teammates and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
