Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to bring the brand to life at our Oak Brook store. You’ll connect with customers through style, trends, and genuine conversations, helping shoppers feel welcome whether they shop in-store or online.

You’ll engage with guests, restock and style displays, and collaborate with the team to keep the store energetic and on-brand. The role emphasizes flexibility for a seasonal schedule and a passion for fashion and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: show individuality, creativity, and perspective; stay informed on product drops, trends, and in-store and online happenings.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations and share enthusiasm for products and promotions.
• Make Shopping Seamless: keep spaces inspiring, organized, and easy to shop from restocking to styling displays.
• Use in-store tech to support customers shopping in-store, online, or hybrid.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: be open to trying new things and learning on the job.
• Work as a Team: support teammates, share ideas, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
