Job summary

Banana Republic in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will engage with customers, educate on products and loyalty programs, and work across sales floor, fitting rooms and cash wrap to ensure a best-in-class experience.

You will collaborate with leadership to deliver exceptional service using an omni-channel approach and contribute to store goals through personal accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote brand loyalty.
• Deliver an omni-channel customer experience across channels.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
