Job summary

You will work within a dynamic team, promote loyalty programs, and support store operations while upholding a welcoming, stylish environment. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship needed).
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to engage and connect with shoppers.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and product offerings.
• Use omnichannel tools to enhance the shopping experience.
• Support store operations on the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work area.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and exceptional service.
