Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is hiring a Keyholder to support daily store operations in our Tampa Bay Lilly Pulitzer retail location. You will drive sales, deliver excellent client experiences, and safeguard store assets while living the Lilly brand.

This position is part-time and hourly, with potential nights, weekends and holidays due to seasonality. You’ll collaborate with the team to maintain visual standards and uphold company policy.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in fashion/retail preferred.
• Effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Apple technology.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Able to be on your feet and move around the store during shifts.
