Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer in our Tampa-area store is seeking a Keyholder to support daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will assist with opening and closing, safeguard store assets, and help the sales team by engaging clients and maintaining Lilly Pulitzer visuals.

This seasonal, part-time, hourly position requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to stand for long periods while delivering the Lilly Way.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in fashion/retail preferred.
• Strong client and team communication required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple devices.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales goals by providing exceptional client experience and supporting the sales team.
• Demonstrate Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.
• Maintain cash transaction accuracy according to operating procedures.
• Open and close the retail store.
• Positively resolve client-related issues and escalate when necessary.
• Provide feedback to store management on selling opportunities.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer visual and operational standards.
• Safeguard the assets of the store.
