Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through outstanding service and product knowledge. You will engage customers, educate them on loyalty programs, and use omnichannel tools to enhance the shopping experience across the store.

As part of a fast-paced team, you’ll support sales floor operations, assist with fitting rooms and cash wrap, and help maintain an organized environment while aiming to exceed personal and store goals.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship.
• Be willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver a best-in-class experience and drive loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and products.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations.
