Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers, delivering excellent service and educating shoppers about products. You’ll work with leadership to provide a best-in-class, omni-channel experience, helping customers find items, answer questions, and complete purchases.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering friendly service, and supporting store operations while promoting loyalty programs and maintaining a welcoming front of house.

• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work station.
• Handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
