Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers and deliver a best-in-class shopping experience. You will educate customers about products, use your knowledge to inform and inspire, and collaborate with leadership to achieve store goals.

You will engage with customers, drive sales through suggestive selling, promote loyalty programs, and support operations across the sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers to drive sales and provide exceptional service using an omni-channel approach.
• Promote loyalty and educate customers about programs.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Assist on sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back-of-house tasks as needed.
