Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and educate customers on our products and loyalty programs. You will engage with shoppers to drive sales across store and digital channels, collaborating with leadership to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

The role requires flexibility, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to work across the sales floor and fitting rooms in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers to drive loyalty.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Promote and explain loyalty programs to customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class omnichannel shopping experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back-of-house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
