Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate in the United States. You will engage customers, educate them about products, and help create a positive, efficient shopping experience across in-store and online channels.

You’ll work with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service, promote loyalty programs, and meet store goals while staying flexible with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience delivering friendly, helpful service to customers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working in retail or customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide product information.
• Promote loyalty programs and store events.
• Drive sales with suggestive selling and upselling.
• Deliver seamless omnichannel shopping experiences.
• Meet personal and store goals and contribute to team targets.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house as needed.
• Keep the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Handle customer inquiries and returns professionally.
• Execute operating procedures accurately and efficiently.
