Job summary

Athleta in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll deliver excellent customer service, educate customers on products, and support an omni-channel experience to build brand loyalty.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to meet store goals, assist on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, and in back-of-house tasks, and maintain a clean, welcoming space. Must be flexible and able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs
• Drive sales and service using suggestive selling across all channels
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings
• Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store results
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as required
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally
• Execute operational processes efficiently
