Job summary

Gap is looking for a Brand Associate to bring our optimistic American style to life for customers. You will educate shoppers on products, promotions, and loyalty programs while delivering a high-touch, omni-channel shopping experience.

You will collaborate with leadership to meet store goals, maintain an organized sales floor, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is paid hourly with a range of $16.90–$17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
• Ability to educate customers about loyalty programs and promotions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfort using retail technology and omni-channel tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to engage and educate customers.

• Support store operations including fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and handle customer interactions professionally.
