Responsibilities:

1. Drive daily sales goals and support business growth.
2. Focus on customer needs and support company initiatives.
3. Participate in team training and utilize new technology to enhance sales.
4. Represent the customer experience in store, ensuring brand standards are met.
5. Support a collaborative environment and build customer relationships.
6. Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
7. Support alternative purchasing options and enhance product discovery through digital tools.
8. Maintain store standards at all times.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

1. Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
2. Effective communication skills.
3. Ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and work with chemicals safely.
4. Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel.
5. Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
