Frankies Bikinis is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to join our boutique, powered by the Leap Platform, during the peak selling season. You will connect with customers, share the brand story, and provide personalized recommendations to create memorable shopping experiences.

Help drive sales, keep the store welcoming and organized, and collaborate with your team to meet business goals. Flexible weekend and peak-season availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and authentic connections.
• Strong communication skills to engage diverse customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Team-oriented with flexibility for evolving store priorities and seasonal needs.
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
